Information is used to authenticate users, manage recruitment workflows, parse resumes, schedule interviews, generate reports, send notifications, maintain audit trails, prevent misuse, and provide support.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be visible to authorized users within the relevant tenant workspace and to service providers or support personnel only when necessary to deliver, maintain, or secure ProtonNxt.
4. Security
ProtonNxt uses access controls, tenant isolation, password hashing, authenticated sessions, audit logs, and controlled file handling to protect information. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or business requirements, maintain audit history, and support customer operations. Tenant administrators may request deletion subject to applicable obligations.
6. Cookies and sessions
ProtonNxt uses essential cookies and session storage for authentication, security, and user experience. We do not use this login page for advertising tracking.
7. Your choices
Authorized users may update account details through their profile or contact their organization administrator. Privacy requests can be sent to the ProtonNxt support or privacy contact listed below.
